Curate the content for the 2018, 2017 and 2016 annual PPA conferences, setting the agenda for the UK publishing industry as a result.

Approach

The PPA is a thriving, highly connected membership organization. Key to success in this project was to work closely with the team, leveraging their knowledge and expertise. On top of that, my extensive set of contacts within the UK publishing business helped secure the most relevant speakers to the key themes of the day.

Outcomes

The 2017 festival in Tobacco Dock was a massive success, with six separate stages, 90 speakers and 800 delegates in attendance.
